By working with craftswomen with exceptional handicrafts, they provide employment and empower them economically. Today, 80% of their employees are women.

The story of ALLBYB started with the founder Ayfer Zeybekoğlu's interest in handmade products. After the death of his beloved son Burak Salman in 2017, she decided to establish a company that offers handmade specially designed bags under the name "All by Burak Salman (ALLBYB)" to keep his son's memory alive at all times.

Since the day ALLBYB was founded, they donate some of their income to the 'Savethechildren' association, and they are working to reach children in need in various parts of the world.
