Kurtaran Ev is a non-profit rescue and rehoming organization operating in Istanbul, Turkey.

Their mission is to rescue animals in need from the street, urban areas and shelters, rehabilitate and find them forever homes.

Their story began in January of 2019, when they rented a small structure that they called the Rescue House.

With the help of our friends and families, they created a refuge where they could safely look after the stray animals that they found in urban areas and streets.

In March of 2019, they opened their old folks home for elderly dogs in a second location.

When the number of their dogs surpassed 70, they rented a farm in Hadımköy.

With the help of individual rescuers and organisations, what they started as a small project, has now become a registered charity.

They now provide refuge to more than 400 dogs and work hard to rehoming each one of them. And they love visitors!
