USE

Essential oils bottled in their purest form should always be diluted and used with caution.

You can use with body oil or body lotion. It is not applied directly to the skin.

Use a very concentrated undiluted solution and mix with carrier oil. For mixing ratio, we recommend 10 drops of synergy oil per 100ml of carrier oil.

We recommend putting 3-6 drops into the bathtub while taking a bath or foot bath.

You can use it to focus on your inner self by pouring 2-4 drops on clothing or towels during yoga or meditation.
