Squalene is produces a lot by our body when are babies, but as we get older, the rate of squalene in the body decreases. It is naturally found in the sebum of our skin, it plays a major role in the renewal of cells and keeping the skin full of life. In addition it is also a very effective moisturizer. 

Derived from olives, each variety contains 400-800 milligrams per 100 grams. Squalene is a hydrocarbon composed of hydrogen and carbon (C30 H50) with a high unsaturated fat content.

Squalene, which has a strong antioxidant property, has the feature of prolonging the life of cells.

It increases the water holding capacity of the skin and thus prevents water loss at a high rate. Its moisture retention feature helps to fight wrinkles by increasing the elasticity of the skin.

    Squalene is very useful in hair. By creating a barrier from the scalp, it traps the moisture that the hair should not be losing. The hair looks much stronger and brighter. Squalene, which is a light oil, does not create weight on the hair. Thanks to this lightness, you can use it as a serum while styling your hair with heat. Another option is to use it as a hair mask. Massage squalene into your hair and scalp before bathing. Wait 2-3 hours after the application or even overnight if you can. To purify the mask, first rinse your hair with warm water and then apply your shampoo. Apply it as a mask once a week.
