DIRECTIONS
Every morning, you can massage the relevant chakra area. We recommend doing a 21-day cycle for the body to absorb.
Mix 2 - 3 drops into 50 ml of cold-pressed base oil and apply by massaging your body.
For ambient scenting, you can drip a few drops into the water in the diffuser to spread the scent.
