USE

Essential oils bottled in their purest form should always be diluted and used with caution. Do not apply directly to the skin!

You can prepare for a deep sleep by dropping 2-3 drops under or on the hem of your pajamas.

You can apply it after showering with massage oil.

You can use it by adding about 3 drops to your body oil or body lotion.

We recommend using a very concentrated undiluted solution and mixing it with a carrier oil. For mixing ratio, 10 drops of synergy oil per 100ml of carrier oil is recommended.
