Yin Bolster
THA 'Yin' bolster yoga mat is made of 100% linen and cotton. It is washable thanks to its zippered cover and has its own fabric carrying belt for ease of carrying. Its inner filling is resistant to collapse.
Cylinder yoga mats, also called Bolsters, help the person to enter yoga poses by knowing their own body limits. Bolsters that protect your body relax your muscles during long-term yin yoga poses and allow the person to go deeper within the boundaries of the body.
Bolster is used in yin yoga, pregnancy yoga and restorative yoga poses.

Material: Outer fabric and inner lining; Made from 100% linen and cotton. Internal filling; bead fiber.
Cleaning Instruction: You can easily remove the outer cover of your 'Yin' bolster and wash it in the machine at 30°C in a hand wash program without using bleach. You can hang it to dry, reshape it while it is damp and iron it at medium temperature. We do not recommend washing the padded inner cover, which should not get wet.

Returns are accepted on this product within 15 days of receipt. Item must be returned unused, with tags, in its original packaging.
